Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans & Pricing

MealMind offers a free tier (2 text conversations per day) and paid plans: Pay-As-You-Go ($4.99 for 750 credits), Monthly ($4.99/month for 1,000 credits), and Annual ($29.99/year for 12,000 credits). You will never be charged without your explicit consent.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Unused credits from Pay-As-You-Go packs never expire. You can also stop using MealMind at any time by simply not sending any more messages.

3. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Prorated refunds may be offered for annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term.
• Pay-As-You-Go credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used.

4. Free Tier

The free tier incurs no charges. You will not be billed or auto-enrolled in any paid plan without your explicit consent. Upgrading is always optional.
